As Researcher

Being a practitioner at heart, bridging the gap between scientific research and practice matters to Anne.

Following her PhD, she continues as an Associate Tutor and Researcher at the University of Edinburgh and is a Research Affiliate of the Edinburgh Futures Institute.

Her research areas of interest are: 

  • the role of compassion and mindfulness in enabling prosocial behaviour in the workplace 
  • the role of compassion and mindfulness in a healthy culture within high performance sport
  • stress and burnout prevention in the workplace
