As Researcher

Being a practitioner at heart, bridging the gap between scientific research and practice matters to Anne.

Research into workplace behaviour change programmes helps to explain how change occurs and the ways in which a programme is effective.
This is important information for learning and development  investment decisions within workplaces.

Anne’s PhD research explored the process of designing a mindfulness-based programme for workplace behaviour change.
She has a particular interest in understanding whether a mindfulness-based approach can transform an organisation’s culture to become values-driven, compassionate, innovative and open.
