TEAMS

Team facilitating or team coaching creates a safe and neutral environment for teams to explore and work together on topics that might otherwise feel prickly.

Popular reasons for team work sessions: to establish a “team” and not just a “group”, to collectively define a vision or purpose, to address team "elephants in the room", to clarify team’s processes, e.g. decision-making processes.

Mindfulness

"If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you have always got".

Cue Mindfulness-based coaching. It's a different approach to facilitating performance.

This approach can train the ability to focus, and can tune self- and situational awareness. It can also cultivate self-supportive attitudes, which serve well when you are navigating challenges.

Taster sessions, one-to one coaching, 8 week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction courses and shorter tailored programmes are all possible for individuals, teams and organisations.

Anne is an ICF accredited coach and holds an MSc in Performance Psychology.
